Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Technical Automation & Solutions Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining bespoke software systems and advanced automation workflows tailored to diverse client needs.

This is an exceptionally dynamic and rewarding position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you. You will tackle completely different projects, challenges, and client environments daily, ensuring a highly engaging and non-monotonous workflow.

We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong technical background, sharp logical thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. While deep, hands-on programming is not required, a solid understanding of technical architectures, system integrations, and infrastructure is absolutely essential.

Responsibilities

  • Bespoke System & Automation Building: Architect and deploy custom systems and sophisticated, end-to-end automation workflows tailored to various client requirements.
  • System Maintenance & Integration: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems, multi-platform integrations, and workflows to ensure seamless performance.
  • Infrastructure & Server Management: Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud servers and environments supporting client systems.
  • AI Tool Utilization: Adeptly leverage advanced AI frameworks, tools, and APIs to optimize processes and build innovative client solutions.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Analyze diverse business needs and independently translate them into functioning technical architectures.

Requirements

  • Proven Portfolio Required: Must provide concrete examples, architecture diagrams, or case studies of custom automation workflows and systems you have independently built and deployed.
  • Strong Technical Background: Deep understanding of how software systems, databases, and networks interact. Ability to comprehend technical logic and architecture without needing to be a full-time programmer.
  • Automation & Integration Expertise: Advanced experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make) and a thorough understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data parsing.
  • Infrastructure Management: Hands-on experience with server administration, environment deployment, and cloud hosting platforms.
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: A highly responsible individual with a strong sense of ownership ("Rosh Gadol"), excellent analytical skills, and the capacity to adapt to changing project scopes daily.
  • AI Tool Adaptability: Proficiency in implementing and utilizing AI tools and LLMs within business systems.
  • 1+ years of work experience with JSON.

Job Description

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow STSICONIC's business development. You will own the full sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships, for our AI implementation, automation, and custom software services.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about technology and knows how to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for mid-market and enterprise clients. If you are a confident communicator who loves turning a "no" into a long-term partnership, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing from start to finish.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand each client's business challenges and position STSICONIC's AI, automation, and software solutions as the answer.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to scope solutions and prepare accurate, compelling proposals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Targets & Forecasting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and keep accurate records and forecasts in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Sales Record: A track record of B2B sales success, ideally in technology, SaaS, software services, or automation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to understand technical concepts (AI, automation, integrations) and explain them in clear business terms.
  • Ownership Mindset: Strong self-management, a "Rosh Gadol" attitude, and relentless goal orientation.
  • Process Discipline: Experience working with a CRM and structured sales processes.
