Job Description
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow STSICONIC's business development. You will own the full sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships, for our AI implementation, automation, and custom software services.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about technology and knows how to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for mid-market and enterprise clients. Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing from start to finish.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Consultative Selling: Understand each client's business challenges and position STSICONIC's AI, automation, and software solutions as the answer.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to scope solutions and prepare accurate, compelling proposals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Targets & Forecasting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and keep accurate records and forecasts in the CRM.
Requirements
- Proven B2B Sales Record: A track record of B2B sales success, ideally in technology, SaaS, software services, or automation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Hebrew and English.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand technical concepts (AI, automation, integrations) and explain them in clear business terms.
- Ownership Mindset: Strong self-management, a "Rosh Gadol" attitude, and relentless goal orientation.
- Process Discipline: Experience working with a CRM and structured sales processes.
